Blamer in Chief

As “end-of-life counseling” in Obama's healthcare bill makes him unpopular, he seeks to shift blame to Isakson.

When his stimulus failed, he sought to blame Bush.

I sense a pattern developing. Whether this tactic will repeatedly prove successful in propping up his polls remains to be seen.
